Finding the right caregiver for your loved one

This past year proved that we can multitask and take on things that we never knew we could, like becoming a teacher to our children during distance learning or being a caregiver to a family member who couldn’t be on their own. Ultimately, my dad was most excited about having someone to practice his exercises and make meals for him. A caregiver can also run errands, do housekeeping, check-in on your loved one and bathe them.
